Sensitive? Who, Me?

Several folks, including my husband, have mentioned that I might be a tad defensive about the subject of selling out.  Bear with me because this next sentence is going to be very hard to write, I don't know if I can do it, hold on, I'm cracking my knuckles and here goes:

You guys are right.

I guess I'm just worried that I might come off like some schmuck and I don't want to do that and I really value our relationship here on the web and, well, you know, I like how things are.  I don't want them to change and so the very few critical comments I received really got to me.

There.  I said it.  That wasn't so bad.  I'm sorry if I overreacted or whatever but, well, you know.  This IS my job now so I want to make sure I do it well.

So listen.  You'll know if a post is sponsored before you start reading it so you don't feel like I've word-raped you or something when you get to the end and realize that mama got paid.  All the sponsored posts will also be labeled under the category Mama's Gotta Pay The Bills as you'll note at the bottom of this post.

And please, continue with the awesome feedback, I promise I won't act like a tantruming teen who just got dumped by the Big Man On Campus.

This post was sponsored by Midol.  And beer.  Kidding!  Kind of.
