From One Henry To Another

Today is the second anniversary of the day my friend, Katie Granju, lost her sweet son, Henry Louis Granju.

While one mother was losing her Henry another one was getting ready to welcome her Henry. I became pregnant with my Henry at the end of May 2010 and followed Katie's blog and her battle for justice after her Henry's death in the months leading up to my Henry's birth.

In Katie's words:
You can help other young addicts, and honor my son’s legacy of love by participating in the just-launched, 2012 Online Auction for Henry’s Fund. All proceeds raised from the Auction go directly to pay the costs of high-quality addiction treatment for kids between the ages of 12 and 23 – young people who need help, before it’s too late.

You can find the auction here. Special thanks to Serge who called in some favors from some high profile friends who generously donated to the auction. Now go bid!
