Ramona Forever

Where would I be without Beverly Cleary? For that matter, where would I be without Judy Blume and Zilpha Keatley Snyder? I can’t say for sure, but likely living in a van down by the river. So hey, if you're feeling bookish, check out the top 25 books that rocked my young world. I had the greatest time compiling this bad boy. Some of these books I hadn't thought of in years and maybe you haven't either. All are must-haves for Violet and Henry. Anyone remember Mrs. Piggle Wiggle? How about A Swiftly Tilting Planet?

On the flip side, can you believe people are still asking libraries to get rid of To Kill A Mockingbird? But it's not the most challenged book of the 21st century. You won't believe what book is, though, and what other books made the top ten list of most banned books. Check it out in Seriously America? Most Challenged Books of the 21st Century.
